Preemptive Cyber Defense

Most cybersecurity tools are reactive — they detect threats after the damage is done. Gambit Cyber, based in Leiden, Netherlands, is taking a different approach with KnightGuard, an AI-native continuous threat exposure management (CTEM) platform. Using AI agents, KnightGuard provides real-time security posture views by integrating with existing security solutions for continuous threat identification, validation, and remediation.

The company was co-founded by Anuj Kumar, formerly Chief Architect at Intel 471, and Manuj Kumar, who serves as Chief Revenue Officer. Gambit Cyber raised a $3.4M seed round backed by Bitdefender, bringing deep cybersecurity expertise and distribution partnerships to the table.

Deployed Across Four Continents

KnightGuard covers the full security operations lifecycle — from cyber threat intelligence analysis to SOC automation and ITOps playbook generation. The platform is already deployed in financial services, telecoms, and critical infrastructure organizations across Europe, the UAE, Australia, and India. As attack surfaces expand and security teams remain understaffed, AI-native platforms that can continuously identify and remediate exposures before they're exploited will become essential infrastructure for enterprises worldwide.
