Oncology Beyond Chemo

Cancer treatment doesn't end with chemotherapy and radiation. Exercise, nutrition, and mind-body interventions have been clinically proven to improve outcomes — yet most patients never receive them. Greatly Health is changing that by delivering evidence-based integrative oncology programs at scale, validated by research at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.

The $4M seed round was co-led by Pear VC and Commonweal Ventures, with participation from Flare Capital Partners. Co-founded by Chip Stine, Dr. Jun Mao, and Dr. Robert Daly — two of whom are MSK faculty — the platform is already serving approximately 200 patients with metastatic breast cancer through a partnership with a global life sciences company.

The Evidence

An MSK-validated randomized trial showed a 16% absolute improvement in overall survival when integrative interventions were added to standard cancer care. Greatly Health is taking that research and building a scalable platform around it, bringing programs that were previously only available at elite cancer centers to patients everywhere.
